- Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.
- Service Guarantee: We strive to provide effective pest control solutions. If customers are not satisfied with the service, we will re-treat the affected areas at no additional cost within a specified time frame.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Invoices are provided upon request.
