  2. Booking and Confirmation: Customers can book services via phone, email, or online. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or a valid purchase order.
  3. Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.
  4. Service Guarantee: We strive to provide effective pest control solutions. If customers are not satisfied with the service, we will re-treat the affected areas at no additional cost within a specified time frame.
  5. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Invoices are provided upon request.
  6. Scope of Work: Our technicians will conduct a thorough inspection of the property to identify pest infestations and determine the appropriate treatment plan. Customers are responsible for providing access to all areas requiring treatment.
  7. Treatment Methods: We use safe and environmentally friendly pest control methods in compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines. Customers will be informed about the treatment process and any precautions to be taken.
  8. Health and Safety: Customers must follow any safety instructions provided by our technicians during and after treatment. Pets and vulnerable individuals should be kept away from treated areas until they are deemed safe.
  9. Liability: While we take every precaution to minimise risks, we cannot be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from pest infestations or our services, except in cases of negligence.
  10. Data Protection: We adhere to data protection laws and regulations when handling customer information. Personal data collected during the provision of services will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligations and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
  11. Complaints Procedure: Customers with complaints or concerns about our services should contact us promptly to resolve the issue. We will investigate complaints thoroughly and take appropriate action to address any issues raised.
  12. Termination of Services: We reserve the right to terminate services if customers fail to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined herein or engage in behavior that compromises the safety or well-being of our technicians.
